The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting and developing agents, overseeing existing agents, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and driving the achievement of business targets.Your Future EmployerA fast-growing and innovative insurance company known for its cutting-edge digital insurance solutions.Responsibilities:

  • Agent Recruitment & Management: Identify, onboard, and nurture agents to drive business growth.
  • Business Development: Expand the SME Non-Motor Insurance portfolio by leveraging agency networks.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze agent performance, provide guidance, and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Target Achievement: Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met.
Requirements:
  • Education: MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in insurance sales/business development, preferably in SME Non-Motor Insurance or related domains.
