You will work in a team-oriented environment and will have exposure to many different processes and tasks.The Polarion Developer acts as a key member of the team responsible for standardization of Process, Methods & Tools related to Application Development Life Cycle (ALM). The role is responsible for:

  • The configuration of Polarion and Polarion project templates
  • Implementation of complex dashboards
  • Administration tasks related to process management in Polarion
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Polarion Project Global Administration, managing user access rights
  • Maintaining Project specific Polarion database and Template/ workflow
  • Dashboard- Customized dashboard and widgets
  • Traceability Report out
  • Template Creation / Workflow modification / maintenance / Work item creation
  • Creating and maintaining Project Home page
  • User guide to use Polarion Implemented features
  • Tool Qualification of Dashboards (Req to Testing)
  • Exploring and configuring Interfaces to different connectors used in Development Cycle (Ex: EA)
  • Interface to Teamcenter (Teamcenter training link to be shared)

  • BE/M-Tech in Software Engineering or Electronics engineering
  • 6-10 years of Industry experience in related domains; experience in the Automotive industry is preferred.
  • Good communication skills: well-organized, fluent in spoken and written English
  • Knowledge in script languages (Velocity and Java Script)
  • Experienced user of the application lifecycle management tool Polarion (or Similar)
  • Basic project management skills
