  • Develop and execute account mining strategies to identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels
  • Lead resource allocation and management to ensure optimal staffing for client projects
  • Oversee project execution and ensure client satisfaction with deliverables
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions that address client needs
  • Present complex technical and business concepts to diverse client audiences
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
  • Meet or exceed revenue and growth targets
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 7 years of experience in Resource management, Account mining or Business development, preferably in a technical field
  • Demonstrated success in account mining and expanding client relationships
  • Strong understanding of resource management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at executive levels
  • Knowledge of SAP systems, modules
