  • Monitor ACH servers to ensure optimal performance and availability, addressing issues promptly to maintain system integrity.
  • Provide Level 1 support for application monitoring, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
  • Track file movement from ingestion into the CNS to arrival in PEP , ensuring timely processing and accurate reporting.
  • Report status updates on CNS files to stakeholders according to agreed-upon schedules, fostering clear communication.
  • Reprocess files as necessary to resolve any discrepancies or issues, supporting the accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Validate deployment changes and manage access permissions across various platforms, ensuring compliance and security in operations.
What you will do:
  • Monitor server activities and manage server start/stop operations as per requirements during the 2 AM - 10 AM EST shift.
  • Track and report status of CNS files according to stakeholder agreements, ensuring file movement from ingestion to completion in PEP .
  • Reprocess files as needed and validate weekly changes for Payee Name verification, collaborating with the execution team to resolve any issues.
  • Oversee health monitoring of PSH and IPE systems using Splunk and JMX web applications, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOP) during errors.
  • Validate deployments in CERT, PROD, and DR environments for the Authentication Gateway while ensuring timely reporting on critical service statuses for the MUB Tenant.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer sessions related to the Dovetail payments platform and support EPP certificate installations, managing access across various platforms.
What you will need to have:
  • Education: BE/BSC/MCA/MTech degree.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Linux, DB2 SQL, Splunk, Dynatrace, and GitHub.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective coordination with stakeholders.
What would be great to have:
  • Familiarity with server monitoring tools and practices specific to financial services.
  • Basic understanding of application deployments and version control systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
