Job Description

    As a Human Resources Specialist/Manager at SPPL, you will be instrumental in managing HR operations, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Your strategic thinking, strong communication, and organizational skills will be key in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for the team.Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and interviewing to hiring and onboarding new employees.- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, handling inquiries, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.- Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes, employee development programs, and feedback mechanisms.- Policy Development: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.- HR Data and Reporting: Maintain HR records, generate reports, and utilize data for strategic planning and decision-making.- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain updated knowledge of industry standards.- Training and Development: Coordinate or facilitate employee training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.Qualification Required:- Educational Qualification: MBA HR- Skills: - Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.In addition, you will benefit from paid time off and Provident Fund. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in HR, with proficiency in English preferred.
