Role Overview:As a Software Tester, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of software products by conducting various types of testing. You will be expected to have strong expertise in Database Testing and experience in asset management, capital markets, trading, equities, and portfolio management. Additionally, proficiency in client-server and smart client testing along with basic knowledge of scripting is required.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Database Testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy- Perform testing in asset management, capital markets, trading, equities, and portfolio management domains- Execute client-server and smart client testing procedures- Demonstrate basic awareness of scripting for testing purposes- Engage in Manual Testing, System Testing, and Browser Testing- Conduct testing on different devices to ensure compatibility- Manage defects effectively throughout the testing process- Explore Automation Testing opportunities to enhance testing efficiencyQualifications Required:- B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology, or BCA/MCA degree- 1-3 years of professional experience in software testing- Proficiency in Manual Testing, Database testing, System Testing, Browser Testing, Testing on different devices, Defect Management, and Automation TestingAdditional Details:Please note that the interview location and joining location for this position is Ranchi. All openings are based on physical interviews and technical tests.
