Job Description

    As a Human Resources professional, your role will be crucial in developing and implementing HR goals and objectives that align with the overall goals of the organization. You will play a significant part in creating a positive work environment, enhancing employee productivity through policies, managing talent and performance, and fostering an organizational culture that promotes innovation and competitive advantage. Your responsibilities will also involve manpower planning, recruitment, training, talent management, and policy implementation related to various HR matters.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive manpower plan, considering factors such as hospital bed size, occupancy, market benchmarks, and organizational structure.- Establish turnaround times for all positions, review critical open positions, design effective interview processes, and update related MISs and trackers.- Create an effective plan for induction, orientation, and mandatory trainings for all employees, including safety protocols. Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads for functional training.- Manage employee performance by implementing assessment tools, identifying high performers, and facilitating career development plans and succession planning.- Implement HR policies and procedures related to recruitment, training, compensation, performance appraisals, talent management, and HR operations processes.- Lead HR initiatives for accreditations, employee engagement, employee relations, and industrial and labor relations. Provide guidance to department managers on organizational changes.- Provide mentorship to HR heads and the HR team, demonstrating leadership in HR-related matters.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred.- Proven experience in human resources management, focusing on manpower planning, recruitment, training, talent management, and policy implementation.- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, including performance management, succession planning, and employee relations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor team members and provide strategic guidance.- Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
