Job Title: Customer Relationship ExecutiveLocation: beside Nayara petrol pump in Devadola ,Jk RoadEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Sri Aditya Honda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers by proactively reaching out to them for their free and paid vehicle servicing. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers to remind them of their free and paid vehicle servicing schedules. Schedule and confirm service appointments in coordination with the service team. Provide customers with information on service packages, offers, and warranty-related details. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to servicing in a timely manner. Maintain and update customer records, service history, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and courteous approach. Collect customer feedback and escalate any service-related concerns to the relevant departments. Support in generating repeat business by promoting additional services and offers.Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Oriya, Telugu, Hindi. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Excel software is an advantage.
