Job Description

Greenmax Solar is looking for a field-oriented and energetic Marketing Executive to promote solar installation services and products in and around Rayagada. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for daily field visits to generate leads, explain solar solutions to potential customers, maintain detailed reports, and complete necessary documentation for customer onboarding and project execution. The ideal candidate should enjoy daily travel, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable with paperwork and reporting.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct daily field visits to generate leads and convert potential customers.- Effectively explain solar solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial prospects.- Maintain detailed reports of visits and provide daily updates to the manager.- Complete necessary documentation and paperwork for customer onboarding and project execution.Requirements:- Must own a bike with a valid driving license.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.- Basic knowledge of Excel/Word for reporting.- Prior experience in the solar industry is preferred.Compensation:- Fixed monthly salary.- Attractive performance-based incentives for successful customer conversions.This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for performance bonuses. The candidate must be able to reliably commute to Rayagada, Orissa or be willing to relocate before starting work.
