Job Description

This role is for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is seeking a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and target potential new clients through multichannel outbound strategies, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Conduct initial qualification of leads and set up meetings and product demonstrations for our customer success team management.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
  • Identify best practices to refine the companys lead generation playbook
  • Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends
  • Manage relationships with key principals through frequent communication and reporting, emphasizing on an update on product market situation, and product development in the market.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, client interactions, and feedback in the CRM.
  • Stay updated on Manatals product offerings, competitor landscape, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly outreach and lead generation targets.
  • Other tasks as directed by the CEO or Management.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an outbound sales or business development role.
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment.
  • Prior experience with software solution sales or within the Recruitment industry is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and qualifying leads.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and prospecting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
