Job Description

    You will be an Academic Mentor (Teacher) at Myschoolar Tuition, providing personalized one-on-one home tuition to KG12 students in Trivandrum for all subjects. Your role will involve guiding students in their academic journey, strengthening subject knowledge, and boosting their confidence in learning.**Responsibilities:**- Provide personalized one-on-one tutoring at students homes.- Teach subjects according to the school curriculum from KG12.- Create customized lesson plans and practice materials based on each students learning needs.- Monitor and track student progress, offering constructive feedback.- Establish a supportive, engaging, and motivating learning environment.- Communicate and coordinate with parents to update them on their childs performance and areas of improvement.**Requirements:**- Strong knowledge in one or more school subjects from KG12.- Excellent communication and teaching skills.- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.- Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to individual learning styles.- Commitment, punctuality, and a student-first approach.- Must be located in Trivandrum and willing to travel to students homes.You will enjoy the following **Perks & Benefits**:- Flexible working hours.- Opportunity to contribute significantly to students academic success.- Be a part of a growing professional tutor ecosystem with MySchoolar Tuition.Please note that the expected hours for this role range from 4 to 15 per week.
