Job Description

    Your role as a Technical Lead will involve evaluating business requirements and creating detailed technical specifications for the development of the system/platform. You will also be responsible for coaching and potentially supervising team members.Key Responsibilities:- Learn and gain a deep understanding of the platform/application.- Provide strong technical supervision to the team for all assigned tasks.- Offer input and review all design-related decisions.- Enforce code quality checks and control.- Establish project schedules, assign tasks, monitor progress against schedules, and conduct technical reviews of projects.- Ensure adherence to organizational standards throughout the software development lifecycle to deliver expected quality.- Study and develop a comprehensive understanding of the functional aspects of the application.- Familiarize yourself with the technical and functional architecture and guide the team in their daily tasks.- Provide guidance to the team on design and development activities.- Hands-on programming for development, maintenance, and enhancements of new & existing systems/platform.Qualifications Required:- Excellent knowledge of Java, Springboot, Microservices, and SQL, with C# as an added advantage.- Exposure to SAAS/PAAS technologies.- Experience in UI Frameworks like React/Angular JS is a plus.- Domain knowledge in Investment Banking/Wealth Management is advantageous.- Nice-to-have skill set includes New Relic, Kubernetes, and AWS.Years of Experience: 5 to 9(Note: No additional company details were mentioned in the job description.),
