Job Description

As a Change Manager / SRE Lead with 9 to 12 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading change management processes in large-scale infrastructure, network, and security environments. Your role will involve hands-on activities related to driving change governance, automation, and stability while collaborating closely with SRE, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead and manage change and release processes across infra, network, and security domains.- Run and facilitate CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices.- Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) for controlled and automated deployments.- Utilize container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) and Docker for implementing production-ready changes.- Manage and optimize observability and monitoring through tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, and Prometheus.- Conduct risk assessments and impact analysis for proposed changes.- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting using Power BI/Tableau.- Utilize SQL scripting for change validation, log analysis, and troubleshooting.- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and minimal risk in change management.- Coordinate with SRE and platform teams for continuous improvement in release processes.**Required Skills & Experience:**- 6-8 years of experience in Change/Release Management with exposure to infra, network, and security changes.- Strong ITIL Change Management expertise with demonstrated experience in running CABs.- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.- Proficiency in Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), Docker, and Kafka.- Solid knowledge of AWS networking components (VPCs, subnets, load balancers, security groups).- Familiarity with SaaS/PaaS platforms, billing systems, and JIRA Cloud workflows.- Strong skills in data visualization and reporting using Power BI/Tableau.- Proficiency in SQL scripting for validation and log analysis.- Excellent abilities in cross-functional coordination, analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and stakeholder management.**Nice To Have:**- Prior experience with SRE practices in large-scale distributed systems.- Exposure to incident and problem management.The additional comments emphasize the requirement for Change Manager SRE leads with a background in Change/Release Management, ITIL Change Management expertise, experience with CI/CD tools, Kubernetes, Docker, and observability tools.
