Job Description

    As an Assistant Human Resource Manager at Incheon KIA in the Trivandrum region, your responsibilities will include:- Addressing employee inquiries and concerns.- Assisting in resolving employee disputes and grievances.- Promoting a positive workplace culture.- Assisting in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.- Coordinating onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.- Maintaining and updating employee records.- Supporting the performance review process.- Helping develop and implement performance improvement plans.- Tracking employee performance metrics.- Identifying training needs and assisting in organizing training programs.- Supporting career development initiatives.- Maintaining training records and evaluating training effectiveness.- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.- Assisting in updating and enforcing HR policies and procedures.- Preparing and submitting required HR reports and documentation.- Helping with the implementation of benefits programs.- Maintaining HR databases and ensuring data accuracy.- Assisting in preparing HR-related documents and reports.- Handling confidential information with discretion.Qualifications required for this role include:- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR or a related role.- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Incheon KIA offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund, with a day shift schedule and performance bonus.
