Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be part of the Customer Success Services (CSS) unit within Oracles Customer Service Organization, focusing on building long-term advanced support relationships with some of Oracles largest customers. As a Global Expertise Center Engineer (GEC), your main responsibility will be to provide support for continuous operational improvement in Oracle environments. Through leveraging Oracles support-based intellectual property and customer experiences, you will assist customers in gaining more value from their Oracle Solutions by offering well-informed decisions on implementation, management, and usage of Oracle technologies.Key Responsibilities:- Possess a B.E./B.Tech. degree with 3 to 12 months of relevant experience.- Demonstrate strong communication, customer management, customer engagement, and project management skills.- Show technical aptitude with a basic understanding of application, middleware, hardware, and/or Cloud technologies, including an interest in concepts such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Machine Learning, DevOps, Security, and Oracle Cloud infrastructure.- Fluency in English is required.- Engage in problem-solving with some guidance on understanding and applying Oracle policies and procedures.- Exhibit good time management skills.- Be goal-oriented and able to achieve individual goals while collaborating effectively in a team environment.- Communicate effectively using technical concepts, with working knowledge of Oracle products being a plus.- Maintain a professional demeanor and be available to work during scheduled out-of-hours operations if needed.Qualification Required:- Career Level: IC1Please note that additional details about the company were not present in the Job Description provided.
