Role Overview:As a React/Node.js Technical Lead at Quest Global, your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define system architecture, provide technical guidance, and ensure that solutions adhere to industry best practices. Your role will also involve guiding the team, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and fostering a high-performance engineering culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the technical aspects of web development with over 10 years of experience- Possess at least 6 years of expertise in React.js and Node.js- Demonstrate a strong command of programming languages like HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design- Experience in integrating RESTful APIs with React- Collaborate effectively with web designers to maintain consistent design elements and UI components for both web and mobile applications- Optimize website performance by addressing issues related to load times and responsiveness- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Work in an agile model to ensure efficient project deliveryQualification Required:- 10 to 12 years of experience in developing web applications using React and Node- 6 years of experience in developing responsive web applications with React.js, HTML, and CSS- Proficiency in Node.js and integrating RESTful APIs with React- Capability to collaborate with UX/UI designers for consistent design elements- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Familiarity with agile methodologies- Experience or familiarity with MedTech technologies, standards, or domain workflows is considered advantageous for this role.
