Job Description

As a Senior Insurance Functional Analyst at EY, you will have the opportunity to lead a team and work on various Data and Analytics projects within the insurance domain. Your responsibilities will include:- Understanding the insurance domain (PnC)- Developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models- Implementing RDBMS, data marts, and data lakes on cloud platforms- Overseeing and optimizing data query performance- Implementing new data strategies and designs across various data platforms- Collaborating with business and application teams to implement data strategies and develop data models- Defining and governing data modeling and design standards- Proactively addressing project requirements and reducing delivery risksTo qualify for this role, you must have:- BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with 6-10 years of industry experience in Data related engagements- At least 3 years of experience in the Insurance Domain- Ability to create end-to-end data solutions from analysis to modeling- Strong knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling concepts- Experience in Guidewire DataHub & InfoCenter- Expertise in data architecture, database structure, data analysis, and SQL skills- Experience in data management analysis and establishing scalable processes- Ability to collaborate with technology teams and drive requirements gathering- Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new things- Experience with unstructured data and Agile delivery environmentIdeally, youll also have exposure to ETL tools, P&C insurance, and led a team of at least 4 members.
