Associate Architect - Machine Learning

Job Description

Role Overview:As an Associate Architect - Machine Learning at Quantiphi, you will be working within the healthcare domain, collaborating on projects across different locations to help healthcare organizations achieve their objectives using data ingestion technologies, cloud services, and DevOps. You will collaborate with teams specializing in Cloud engineering, Software engineering, and Data engineering to develop platforms, solutions, and applications aligned with the latest trends in the healthcare industry.Key Responsibilities:- Develop high-level solution architectures and collaborate with offshore teams to build, test, and evaluate models that predict and optimize business outcomes based on client success criteria.- Provide clients with simple yet sophisticated interpretations of insights that drive quantifiable business impact.- Establish deep relationships with clients by understanding their explicit and implicit needs.- Work closely with offshore delivery managers to ensure efficient communication and delivery.- Research and identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and classify targets.- Mentor senior resources and team leads.- Lead technical discussions on architecture design and troubleshooting with clients, offering proactive solutions as needed.Qualifications Required:- 6 years of hands-on experience in model development, deployment, and operationalization of projects in fields such as Computer Vision and NLP.- Strong theoretical understanding of Machine Learning concepts, Deep Learning base architectures, cloud-based web services architecture, design patterns, and frameworks.- Proficiency in exploring new research, engineering best practices, and development types.- Hands-on experience in projects within the healthcare domain is preferred.- Experience in implementing Deep Learning solutions related to Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Auto ML.- Exposure to cutting-edge research and the ability to implement research papers, enhance existing solutions, and effectively communicate with clients and the team.- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in analytical tools like Logistic Regression, Cluster Analysis, Factor Analysis, Multivariate Regression, Statistical modeling, and predictive analysis.Additional Details:Quantiphi fosters a global and diverse culture, built on transparency, diversity, integrity, learning, and growth.
