Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for learning and developing a deep understanding of the overall platform/application. You will provide strong technical supervision to the team in all assigned tasks, give input and review all design-related decisions, and enforce code quality checks and control. Additionally, you will establish project schedules, assign tasks, monitor progress against schedules, and conduct technical reviews of assigned projects. It will be your responsibility to ensure that organization standards are followed during various phases of the software development lifecycle, while also ensuring that deliveries meet the expected quality. You are expected to study and develop a good understanding of the functional aspects of the application, learn and understand the technical and functional architecture, and guide the team in their day-to-day tasks. Furthermore, you will guide the team on design and development activities, and be hands-on in programming for development, maintenance, and enhancements of new and existing systems/platforms.Key Responsibilities:- Learn and develop a deep understanding of the overall platform/application- Provide strong technical supervision to the team- Input and review all design-related decisions- Enforce code quality checks and control- Establish project schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress against schedules- Conduct technical reviews of assigned projects- Ensure organization standards are followed during software development lifecycle- Study and develop a good understanding of the functional aspects of the application- Guide the team in day-to-day tasks regarding technical and functional architecture- Guide the team on design and development activities- Program hands-on for development, maintenance, and enhancements of new and existing systems/platformsQualifications Required:- Minimum 2 years of solid experience- Thorough knowledge of software design and development practice, programming techniques and systems, and language platformsAdditional Details:- Technical/Functional Skills required: Excellent proven knowledge of Java, Springboot, Microservices, SQL. Exposure to SAAS/PAAS technologies. Experience in UI Frameworks like React/Angular JS is an added advantage.- Domain knowledge on Investment Banking/Wealth Management would be an added advantage.- Nice to have skill set like New Relic, Kubernetes, and AWS.,
