You will work closely with our Engineering team to contribute to the companys core systems and processes, as well as auxiliary services. The emphasis of this position is on learning, teamwork, and becoming proficient in PHP and web development. If you are an enthusiastic and collaborative individual seeking a challenging opportunity, this role is for you.Your key responsibilities will include actively participating in feature implementation, collaborating to enhance product delivery efficiency, identifying and resolving system bugs, creating technical documentation, collaborating with other Engineers on feature requests, writing clean and well-documented code, conducting tests on new features, and engaging in code reviews and pair programming sessions.To excel in this role, you should have a fundamental understanding of Object-Oriented languages and software development, basic knowledge of relational databases, a positive problem-solving attitude, and a desire to learn in a collaborative setting. Strong communication skills in English are essential.Bonus skills that would be advantageous include familiarity with software engineering principles, Scrum methodology, PHP, and best practices such as Refactoring, Clean Code, and Test-Driven Development.In return, Arbor offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment where your contributions will have a tangible impact.
