Job Description

    You will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring vehicle body repairs. Your main responsibilities will include providing accurate estimates and effectively communicating them to customers. You will coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner. It is crucial to maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance procedures and ensure compliance with them. Managing customer expectations by providing regular updates on the status of their vehicle is essential. You should also be prompt in resolving any complaints or issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
