Job Description

    iScape Designers, a leading interior fit-out company dedicated to delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects with precision and creativity, is expanding its operations beyond Trivandrum city. We are currently in search of a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our new branch independently.As the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:Sales & Client Management: Converting leads into confirmed projects by maintaining effective communication and follow-ups, meeting clients to understand their requirements, presenting design concepts, and persuading them on cost estimates and quotations. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.Team Leadership & Branch Operations: Managing and coordinating a team consisting of sales executives, designers, and estimation engineers. Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch with clear communication and reporting systems. Monitoring team performance, setting targets, and ensuring timely project deliveries.Business Development: Identifying potential growth opportunities in the local market and formulating strategies to expand the client base. Conducting market analysis to grasp trends, pricing, and competition. Participating in local networking events, exhibitions, and establishing connections with potential leads and partners.Marketing & Branding Support: Collaborating with the central marketing team for local promotions. Managing branch-level content updates and providing project photos and site progress for social media. Knowledge of digital marketing or social media management is advantageous.Qualifications:- Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.- Experience: 8 - 10 years in the interior fit-out industry, with a minimum of 2 years in branch or division management.Skills:- Thorough understanding of interior design and civil execution processes.- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills.- Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities.- Capability to independently handle end-to-end operations.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.Personal Attributes:- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.- Capacity to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.- Proactive, adaptable, with a customer-first approach.What We Offer:- Opportunity to lead and shape a new branch of a growing company.- Performance-based incentives and prospects for career advancement.- Supportive leadership and a collaborative work environment.This position is Permanent and requires in-person presence at the Trivandrum Office.
