Job Description

    You are sought after for the position of CCTV & Biometric Access Control Technician at Trivandrum. As part of the team, your primary responsibility will be the installation, maintenance, and support of biometric access control systems at various client sites. This hands-on role demands problem-solving skills and exceptional customer service.- Install and configure CCTV & biometric access control systems (fingerprint, facial recognition, etc.) at client locations.- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and regular maintenance for optimal functionality.- Respond promptly to service requests by providing on-site or remote support.- Conduct client training on system usage, software operations, and best practices.- Maintain detailed service logs, installation reports, and client records.- Coordinate with internal teams for AMC service scheduling and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.- Stay updated on new technologies and access control product developments.To be considered for this role, you should possess:- Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical field.- 1-2 years of experience in CCTV, biometric, or security system installation/service.- Experience in CCTV systems of major DVR, IP devices, and biometric installation with door lock.- Familiarity with wiring, IP networking, and system integration.- Good communication and client-handling skills.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks on the field, and document services effectively.- Basic knowledge of MS Office for service documentation.- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.The benefits of this position include:- Competitive salary based on experience.- Incentives tied to performance and service targets.- Opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement.- Supportive and technology-driven work environment with provided accommodation.Please note:- Candidates from in and around Trivandrum city are preferred.- Male candidates are preferred.- Shift timings are from 9.30am to 5.30pm.**Benefits:**- Internet reimbursement**Ability to commute/relocate:**- Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)**Experience:**- CCTV: 2 years (Preferred)- Biometric: 2 years (Preferred)**Work Location:** In person,
