Job Description

    As a Customer Business Manager (CBM), you will be responsible for overseeing a group of branches within a defined territory in a Regional office. Your main objective will be to increase the size of the Franchisee by expanding the number of Licensed Branch Staff. You will play a crucial role in motivating, convincing, and influencing these staff members to provide life insurance solutions to their customers to meet their financial requirements. To achieve this, you will need to have a deep understanding of the channel dynamics in the given territory and develop effective strategies to gain support and collaboration from channel partners.In addition to managing branches and staff, this role involves leading a team of 7-8 Front Line Sales (FLs). You will primarily be focusing on the Canara Banca profile, reporting directly to the Zonal Business Head (ZBH).We are looking for candidates with at least 6 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry, specifically with a background in team management. This role offers excellent opportunities for career growth, with a track record of maximum promotions, contest achievements, and even foreign trips. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in team handling, show stability in job transitions, and a current company tenure of at least 1 year.The compensation package for this position ranges from 8 Lakh to 9.5 Lakh CTC (Cost to Company).,
