Job Description

    **Role Overview:**You will be an Intern specializing in Computer/Laptop Hardware, responsible for assisting in diagnosing and repairing laptop/desktop hardware issues, supporting technicians with servicing, upgrades, and installations, applying troubleshooting techniques in real-world settings, traveling with the service team for on-site support when required, and maintaining documentation along with assisting in inventory management. This internship will provide you with real-time experience in computer hardware and repair services, both in-house and on-site.**Key Responsibilities:**- Assist in diagnosing and repairing laptop/desktop hardware issues- Support technicians with servicing, upgrades, and installations- Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques in real-world settings- Travel with the service team for on-site support when required- Maintain documentation and assist in inventory management**Qualifications Required:**- Basic knowledge of computer/laptop components- Interest in hardware servicing and IT support- Willingness to learn and work in both office and field environments- Good communication and team skills*Please note: The job offers a monthly stipend of 8,000, hands-on training and mentorship, a certificate upon successful completion, and the possibility of full-time placement after the internship. Additionally, there is cell phone reimbursement provided as a benefit. The work location is in person.*,
