Job Description

    As a Customer Care Executive, your role will involve providing excellent customer service in the food industry. Your responsibilities will include:- Demonstrating excellent communication skills with impeccable spelling and grammar.- Making phone calls to address customer needs effectively.- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a customer-oriented manner.- Interacting with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.- Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.- Collaborating with colleagues when necessary and providing feedback on customer service efficiency.- Ensuring customer satisfaction by offering professional support and assistance.- Proficiency in Excel and Google sheets for efficient handling of tasks.- Demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.- Staying calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.Qualifications required for this role include:- Education: Any Degree- Strong Communication Skills- Proficiency in Multiple Languages: Malayalam, English, Hindi, and Tamil- Experience in customer service and call centers- Comfortable using computersThis is a permanent job opportunity located in Trivandrum with working hours from 10 am to 7 pm.
