Job Description

    As a Test Framework Developer, your role involves designing and building a test framework to validate the end-to-end solution of the product. You will implement best practices in design, development, and testing, and share collaborative ideas for testing improvements. Under the guidance of the Software Engineering Manager or Lead SDET, you will write and execute automated tests to ensure adherence to coding standards and methods identified by the team.Your key responsibilities will include:- Translating requirements into functional and technical test cases, and creating integration test plans for smaller projects.- Developing and implementing test plans and scripts for quality and performance, while maintaining application integrity.- Maintaining manual and automated test scripts, and performing statistical tests on large datasets to ensure data quality and integrity.- Collaborating with database developers to enhance data collection and storage processes, and identifying trends from primary or secondary data sources.- Maintaining multiple QA environments for various applications, adhering to coding and testing standards, and providing recommendations for improvement.- Leading code reviews for peers, contributing to coding standards, and following established best practices.Qualifications required for this role:- B.S. in Computer Science, B.S. Software Engineering or B.A. in Computer Information Systems preferred, with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant technology job experience.- Understanding of financial terms and concepts, knowledge of mortgage-specific terminology, concepts, and systems is preferred.- Advanced competence with Microsoft SQL Server.- Experience with Azure and Snowflake is preferred.- Experience with TFS, JIRA, and Confluence preferred.- Minimum three (3) years of experience working collaboratively in a team environment.- Proficiency in analyzing data, log files, performance, etc.- Adherence to Information Security Management policies and procedures.,
