Interacting with customers to explain car loan products, maintaining accurate records, and addressing customer inquiries will be part of your daily routine. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan processing procedures and enhance overall customer satisfaction.To excel in this role, you should possess prior experience in loan processing, credit assessment, and document verification. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, along with a good understanding of financial products, particularly car loans. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting is crucial. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for loan processing and record-keeping is expected. A Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required, and previous experience in the finance industry would be advantageous.,
