Job Description

    You will be joining our team at VLogic Innovation Pvt Ltd in Pattom, Trivandrum, a development center of VLogic Systems, Inc., a prominent IT product company based in the USA. As a skilled and motivated FileMaker Pro Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining high-performance software applications that are scalable and cater to our diverse client base.Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing custom FileMaker Pro solutions to meet business requirements. You will also be tasked with maintaining and enhancing existing FileMaker Pro databases and applications, as well as integrating FileMaker Pro with other systems and data sources. Troubleshooting and resolving database issues, creating comprehensive documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements will also be part of your role.To excel in this position, you should possess a BE/BTech/MCA degree along with at least 5 years of experience in FileMaker Pro development. Proficiency in FileMaker Pro scripting, calculations, and layout design is essential, as well as a strong understanding of relational database concepts. Your ability to integrate FileMaker Pro with other systems, experience with data migration and manipulation, and excellent problem-solving skills will be key to your success.Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders. Experience with FileMaker WebDirect or FileMaker Go, an understanding of SQL, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum environments are highly desirable. Additionally, experience with FileMaker Cloud and knowledge of JavaScript or other web development technologies would be advantageous in this role.By staying updated with the latest FileMaker Pro features and best practices, you will ensure that our software applications remain innovative and efficient. Your dedication to maintaining data integrity and security, providing support when needed, and working both independently and as part of a team will contribute significantly to the success of our projects.,
