Job Description

    As a Lead Digital Marketing professional at QBurst, you will be responsible for driving the internal marketing initiatives across digital channels. Your role will involve owning the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. Your expertise in SEM, SEO, and social media management will be crucial, along with your ability to collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders.**Key Responsibilities:**- Plan and manage SEM campaigns to support brand awareness and lead-generation goals.- Design, execute, and refine comprehensive SEO strategies for improved organic visibility and targeted website traffic.- Optimize the website for search engines and generative AI platforms to ensure QBurst content remains discoverable.- Oversee social media initiatives to maintain consistent brand presence.- Conduct technical SEO audits, identify areas for improvement, and oversee implementation for optimal search engine performance.- Perform advanced keyword research and leverage data-driven insights for content strategies.- Analyze SEO and campaign metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations.- Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations to stakeholders for informed decision-making.- Lead initiatives independently from concept through execution with minimal supervision.- Collaborate with content, marcom, design, and development teams to align initiatives with broader business goals.- Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to adapt strategies for enhanced performance.**Qualifications Required:**- 6 to 12 years of digital marketing experience with hands-on expertise in SEM, SEO, and social media.- Preferably experience in digital marketing for an IT services or technology consulting company.- Proven track record of driving measurable results in organic traffic growth, search rankings, and lead generation.- Proficiency in major SEO tools and familiarity with Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and Search Console.- Experience with email marketing tools like HubSpot or SFMC is a plus.- Strong analytical mindset to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.- Understanding of content marketing and user experience principles to integrate with SEO for engagement and conversions.- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.As a Lead Digital Marketing professional at QBurst, you will be part of a dynamic team that values self-motivation, organization, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and independent working capabilities.
