Job Description

Role Overview:You will be leading SAP ABAP development with a focus on ECC to S4 Hana Migration, involving tasks such as SPAU/SPDD, IDOC, and Odata. Your responsibilities will include working on RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms), code optimization, and performance tuning. You should have a deep understanding of upgrade processes and the ability to work independently while taking ownership of deliverables.Key Responsibilities:- Minimum 7 years of technical experience in SAP ABAP development.- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.- Solid expertise in RICEF objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.- Deep understanding of upgrade processes, including SPDD, SPAU, SPAU_ENH, and related activities.- Experience in custom code remediation and adaptation for S/4HANA.- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.- Strong debugging, code optimization, and performance tuning skills.Qualifications Required:- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion projects.- Knowledge of Fiori/UI5 and OData services.- Familiarity with clean core and SAP BTP extension concepts.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
