Job Description

    You are a skilled Senior developer with over 7 - 9 years of experience, specializing in Migration Projects. Your expertise in mainframe technologies will be crucial in leading and mentoring team members to ensure the successful completion of tasks. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success while upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.Your key responsibilities will include leading and contributing to Migration Projects to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. You will provide expert-level guidance and support to team members, acting as a subject matter expert for Mainframe technologies and resolving complex issues as they arise. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables will be essential. It is imperative to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies while mentoring and grooming junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.Your mandatory skills and experience should include proven expertise in Mainframe Technologies, specifically in DB2, JCL, VSAM, and COBOL. Hands-on experience in Migration Projects with a deep understanding of the migration process is required.
