Job Description

Role Overview:As a Lead II - SAP ABAP with experience in ECC to S4 Hana Migration, you will play a key role in technical development within the SAP environment. Your responsibilities will include working on RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms), upgrading processes to S/4HANA, custom code remediation, and ensuring optimal performance of the code. You will have the opportunity to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and contribute to the successful migration to S/4HANA.Key Responsibilities:- Minimum 7 years of technical experience in SAP ABAP development- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA- Expertise in RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms)- Deep understanding of upgrade processes including SPDD, SPAU, SPAU_ENH, and related activities- Experience in custom code remediation and adaptation for S/4HANA- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables- Strong debugging, code optimization, and performance tuning skillsQualifications Required:- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion projects is a plus- Knowledge of Fiori/UI5 and OData services is advantageous- Familiarity with clean core and SAP BTP extension concepts- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environmentsAdditional Details:You should have expertise in ABAP, BADI, Idocs, Oops to effectively fulfill the requirements of this role.
