Job Description

    As the API Deployment and Hosting Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for managing the deployment, testing, and publishing of APIs on Linux-based environments. Your role will involve overseeing API integration with databases and other applications to ensure seamless communication. Additionally, you will play a vital role in setting up, configuring, and maintaining Mail Servers using protocols like SMTP, IMAP, and POP3. Monitoring and administering Mailboxes for various users and departments will also be part of your duties, ensuring secure and reliable email communication through email security protocols, spam filtering, and email encryption.In the realm of Database Management, you will be tasked with administering databases related to API functions to guarantee smooth communication between APIs and database layers. Your responsibilities will also extend to Network Administration, where you will configure, manage, and troubleshoot Linux-based servers. Moreover, overseeing the networking infrastructure to ensure smooth data flow and server uptime, along with implementing security measures to protect the network from external threats will be crucial aspects of your role.You will be responsible for hosting and maintaining applications on Linux environments, overseeing server health and performance, and applying necessary updates and optimizations. Proficiency in Linux server management, along with strong experience in C# and Python for API development, is essential for this role. Expertise in email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3), knowledge of hosting and deploying APIs in Linux environments, familiarity with databases, and their integration with APIs, as well as network security and troubleshooting skills are also required.The interview process will span over 3 days, during which a practical task will be provided to assess your hands-on expertise.
