Job Description

    As a Campaign Manager at EY, you will be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives in collaboration with BMC program leaders and managers. Leveraging your expertise in campaign management and Brand & Marketing, you will craft and execute strategic campaign plans, oversee budgets and timelines, and analyze performance metrics. Your role will involve nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all campaigns align with quality and effectiveness standards.You will be hands-on in campaign execution, from devising timelines and managing budgets to handling various campaign channels such as social media, digital, events, and print. Analyzing campaign performance and deriving insights will also be a key responsibility.Key Responsibilities:- Devise, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across diverse platforms, aligning each initiative with business objectives.- Methodically track and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.- Forge strong partnerships with Global Delivery Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve campaign objectives.- Employ analytical tools to fine-tune campaigns and produce comprehensive performance reports.- Provide essential administrative support to the BMC team, including calendar management and meeting scheduling.- Conceptualize, organize, and execute hybrid events targeting pertinent buyer segments.Skills and Attributes:- Proven ability in overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.- Strong organizational skills for multitasking with precision.- In-depth understanding of the companys landscape and strategic priorities.- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.- Proficiency in analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.- Skilled in building relationships with stakeholders.- Experience with data analytics tools and email marketing platforms.- Ability to innovate solutions bridging BMC expectations and capabilities.- Skill in collecting and applying stakeholder feedback for campaign enhancements.- Motivational team player adaptable during peak periods.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or related field required; MBA or MS in Marketing preferred.- Over 4 years of end-to-end campaign management experience and more than 9 years in B2B marketing.- Prior experience in B2B Brand & Marketing settings preferred.Technologies and Tools:- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)- Adobe web platforms- Analytics tools- Email marketing tools- Google AdWords- Data visualization toolsJoin EY and be part of a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
