Job Description

    You will play a crucial role in the fast-growing Commerce practice at Tryzens, contributing to the successful delivery of client projects. As a Technical Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of Node JS solutions for eCommerce projects, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and best practices to ensure the delivery of top-quality themes and packages.Your key responsibilities will include:- Developing client solutions and estimating business requirements during the discovery phase- Planning and coordinating project execution with internal and external stakeholders- Designing, developing, and enhancing features for Node JS applications- Collaborating with business and technology teams and engaging in unit testing and code review sessions- Participating in technical design discussions, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Node JS software applications- Providing hands-on support in software/application architecture, development, design, analysis, and issue resolution- Communicating with clients to understand their expectations and ensuring timely delivery of features- Troubleshooting production issues effectively and staying updated on backend technologies- Expanding knowledge of new technologies and supporting the professional growth of team members- Creating a positive working environment and adhering to company policies and proceduresIn addition to your technical responsibilities, you will also support Presales activities for new business development and participate in recruitment efforts when required.Requirements:Essential Skills & Experience:- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a proactive attitude- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Minimum 5 years of experience in Node JS development, including proficiency with the MEAN stack and MVC architecture- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, cross-browser development, NodeJS microservices, version control, and various tools- 7 to 12 years of overall IT experience, preferably in e-commerce systems- Familiarity with Shopify, React JS, Angular, Node JS integration, SQL, NoSQL, REST APIs, and JavaScript frameworks- Experience in Agile Scrum methodologyBenefits:- Competitive remuneration package- Remote work flexibility and related allowances- Technical training, certification, and other perks such as food and gift vouchers- Health insurance, term insurance, and a positive work environment- 35 days of annual leave, interest-free salary loans, and team-building activitiesJoin our team of talented individuals, and contribute to the success of our projects in a dynamic and rewarding environment.,
