Job Description

    As a Product Manager at our cutting-edge Web3 wallet company, your role will involve leading the design and development of non-custodial wallet features. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, driving product launches, fostering user growth, and promoting innovative features.**Key Responsibilities:**- Product Design and Planning: Design and implement Web3 wallet features, ensuring continuous iteration and improvement.- User Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand user requirements, develop strategies to address pain points, and optimize the overall user experience.- Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with technical, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely product development and adherence to quality standards.- Project Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to release, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, providing actionable recommendations to maintain the products competitive edge.**Key Requirements:**- At least 3 years of experience in a product management role, with a bachelors degree or higher. Experience with blockchain products and basic blockchain knowledge is required.- Familiarity with on-chain transactions (e.g., swaps), DeFi, airdrops, and meme trading is highly preferred.- Strong market insight with the ability to quickly adapt to industry changes and develop responsive strategies.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure smooth project execution.- Proficiency in English communication and writing is preferred.- A passion for the blockchain industry, a willingness to learn and explore new industry knowledge, and the ability to execute effectively under pressure.,
