Job Description

    As a Security Analyst / Consultant in the Risk Consulting team at EY, you will be responsible for working on various Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects for customers globally. Your role will involve engaging in IAM projects, working effectively as a team member, preparing reports for clients, and maintaining strong relationships with client personnel and internal teams. Additionally, you will contribute to performance reviews, people-related initiatives, and the development of personal skills. Your role will also include managing the performance of direct reportees, fostering teamwork, training project resources, and participating in organization-wide people initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Engage and contribute to Identity & Access Management projects- Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility and providing support- Execute engagement requirements and review work by junior team members- Help prepare reports and schedules for clients- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel- Build internal relationships within EY Consulting Services and other services- Assist senior team members in performance reviews and provide feedback- Contribute to recruiting and retaining IAM professionals- Maintain an educational program for personal skill development- Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures- Manage performance for direct reportees and lead by example- Train and mentor project resources- Participate in organization-wide people initiativesQualifications Required:- Bachelor or masters degree in a related field or equivalent work experience- Strong command of verbal and written English language- Experience in HTML, JSP, and JavaScript- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills- 3 - 4 years of relevant work experienceSkills and Attributes for Success:- Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of IAM tools- Good understanding of IAM solutions and Java development- Strong knowledge of Java APIs, libraries, and methods- Familiarity with Java Frameworks (e.g., Struts, Spring) and application servers (e.g., Tomcat, WebLogic)- Experience with RDMS, SQL queries, and LDAP- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into design- Knowledge of information security standards and regulations- Flexible to work on new technologies in the IAM domain- Experience in a client-facing role and techno-functional role of IAM implementation- Proficiency in deployment and troubleshooting of web applications- Strong communication skills and experience in client interactions- Ability to map business requirements to technical specifications and design solutions- Expertise in architecture design and successful pursuit of potential clientsCertifications (preferred):- CyberArk Trustee, CyberArk Defender, CyberArk Sentry- ITIL or equivalentWork Requirements:- Willingness to travel as required- Willingness to work as an on-call support engineer and occasional overtime- Willingness to work in shifts as requiredJoin EY to be part of a diverse team in over 150 countries that provides assurance, consulting, law, strategy, tax, and transactions services.
