Job Description

    As a Chartered Accountant with 5 years of relevant experience in finance & accounting, preferably in the logistics industry, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements. You will manage direct and indirect tax compliance, coordinate with auditors, and ensure timely tax filings. Your role will also involve preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.Your analytical skills will be crucial in analyzing financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability. You will work closely with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for financial matters. Additionally, you will lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in operations.To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Indian taxation, corporate laws, and financial regulations. Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial modeling is essential.
