Job Description

    As a Senior in EY Consulting Support Service (CSS) - Reporting, you will be leading key areas of business operations reporting requirements within the COO Strategy office. Your major responsibilities will include designing and developing new dashboards/reports based on business needs, maintaining high levels of data competency and accuracy standards, and delivering deeper insights and their respective impact. It is essential to have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and expertise in MS Excel, MS Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Point. Effective communication skills, including email and telephone communication, are also required to support business leaders through reporting, data analysis, and insight for strategic business model implementation.Your Key Responsibilities:- Design & develop reports/dashboards based on business requirements- Manage overall data architecture and recommend initiatives to improve data management- Deliver insights through analytics and visualization- Ensure consistency in data usage and champion best practices in data management- Oversee staffing of the Data & Reporting unit and promote team collaboration- Provide commentaries on reported numbers and act as a trusted business advisor to leadership- Review all BAU reports and address related queries- Promote quality and effective risk management through consistent review of work products- Demonstrate effective decision-making and maturity in interactions- Participate in ad-hoc projectsSkills And Attributes For Success:- Independent worker with analytical thinking skills- Ability to lead difficult conversations under complex business situations- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Operations/Management reporting- Strong skills in MS Excel, Power BI & Power AutomateIdeally, youll also have:- MBA in Finance- Experience in Sales operations & Project managementWorking At EY Offers:At EY, you will have the opportunity to work on inspiring and meaningful projects, with a focus on education, coaching, and personal development.
