Job Description

    As a Scrum Master with over 8 years of experience in Embedded products, your role will involve managing projects scope and timeline, coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups. You will coach team members in Agile frameworks, facilitate internal communication, and ensure effective collaboration. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for external communications, working closely with customers and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include working with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests, resolving conflicts, and removing obstacles that occur during the project lifecycle. It will be crucial for you to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.Key Responsibilities:- Manage projects scope and timeline- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups- Coach team members in Agile frameworks- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprintQualifications Required:- Experience in a scrum master role- Familiarity with software development- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability- Outstanding organizational skills As a Scrum Master with over 8 years of experience in Embedded products, your role will involve managing projects scope and timeline, coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
