Job Description

    You are a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for driving hiring efforts across the organization. Your role involves closely partnering with stakeholders to implement a talent acquisition strategy that attracts and recruits top talented professionals.Based at our Thiruvananthapuram, KL India headquarters, you will focus on recruiting top talent, providing you with exposure to both traditional and startup hiring methodologies. This position is ideal for a recruitment professional who is enthusiastic about driving impactful hiring strategies.Your key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies aligned with business goals to maintain a strong top talent pipeline. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Leveraging various hiring channels such as headhunting, job portals, network-sourcing, and referrals is crucial. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure a competitive edge and utilizing recruitment analytics for tracking performance and reporting on key hiring metrics are also part of your responsibilities.The ideal candidate for this role possesses any graduate degree with 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven expertise in headhunting. Exposure to startup hiring environments is considered a plus. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology is essential.
