Job Description

    As a talented Site Supervisor, your role will involve overseeing and managing construction projects in the Trivandrum region. Your strong background in construction engineering, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle sites and clients effectively will be crucial for this position. Your contribution to diversity and gender inclusion is highly valued by our team.Key Responsibilities:- Supervising on-site construction activities.- Monitoring daily work progress and reporting issues or delays.- Maintaining daily site logs and preparing basic progress reports.- Assisting with layout markings and level measurements using basic surveying tools.- Conducting basic checks on material quality and workmanship under guidance.- Coordinating with labor teams, subcontractors, and material suppliers.- Assisting in tracking material inventory and site deliveries.- Ensuring adherence to safety rules and reporting unsafe practices.- Actively participating in on-site learning and training activities.- Supporting preparation of site documents like checklists, attendance sheets, and inspection reports.- Aiding surveyors in site measurements and layout work.- Communicating effectively with team members for smooth execution.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field/ITI/Diploma.- Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and regulations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Valid two-wheeler & four-wheeler license.- Trivandrum residents preferred.In this full-time role, your education in Diploma is preferred, and having a 2 Wheeler License is required. The work location will be in person at Trivandrum, Kerala.,
