Job Description

    As a Frontend Development Lead at our company located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, you will be responsible for spearheading the design and development of robust React.js and Next.js applications. With over 6 years of experience in frontend development and a strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js, you will leverage your expertise to lead the creation of scalable applications that meet our business requirements.Your role will also involve collaborating closely with backend teams proficient in Node.js to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing Kubernetes-based deployments and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to streamline our development process.To excel in this position, you must possess a solid foundation in TypeScript, JavaScript, and state management concepts such as Redux and Context API. Moreover, your familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, and authentication mechanisms will be crucial in implementing secure and efficient communication between different parts of the application.As a leader in the frontend development team, you will be expected to mentor junior developers, enforce coding best practices, and promote team growth. Your strong communication skills, coupled with Agile project management expertise, will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.If you have experience working with AI-driven applications and EdTech platforms, it would be considered a bonus.
