Job Description

    As a Technical Support Specialist in the Voice Process for the US region at Phykon, located in Technopark, Trivandrum, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical and customer support. With an opportunity for individuals with 0 to 3 years of experience, you will be required to work in rotational shifts to cater to customer needs 24/7.Your primary responsibilities will include responding promptly to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. It will be essential to escalate issues effectively, meet set targets, and log all customer interactions in the CRM database. Additionally, promoting sales of technology equipment and devices will also be part of your role to enhance brand promotion.To excel in this role, you must possess a neutral English accent, impeccable verbal and written communication skills, and be willing to adapt to various shifts in a 24/7 environment.
