Job Description

    As the Service Owner for Unified Communications, Collaboration, and Mobility at the organization, your role involves strategic, operational, and financial management of global services. You will be accountable for ensuring exceptional service quality, end-user adoption, and alignment with business needs across various platforms such as Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco UCM, Zoom, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).Key Responsibilities:- Own the complete UCC service portfolio including Unified Communications, Collaboration, and Mobility services.- Define and execute a strategic roadmap for UCC services aligning with business goals and technology advancements.- Oversee end-to-end service lifecycle, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices and regulatory compliance.- Manage global vendor partnerships, contracts, and drive cost optimization for UCC investments.- Act as the single point of accountability for all UCC-related matters with business stakeholders.- Lead and mentor a distributed team of UCC, collaboration, and mobility engineers and service managers.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (Masters preferred).- Minimum 15 years of IT experience, with at least 8 years in leadership roles for UCC, collaboration, and mobility services.- Strong expertise in managing enterprise-scale UCC platforms and collaboration suites.- Extensive experience with ITIL-based service management, vendor management, and budget ownership.- Preferred certifications include ITIL v4, Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer, Cisco Collaboration, or MDM certifications.Key Competencies:- Strategic technology leadership with operational excellence.- Strong communication and negotiation skills for C-level engagement.- Decision-making under pressure with a focus on business continuity.- Continuous improvement mindset with user-centric service delivery.This role offers the opportunity to drive transformation, cost optimization, and innovation in a global, multi-vendor environment while fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture within the team.
