Job Description

As an automation specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging your knowledge in automation platforms, specifically UiPath, to identify and lead opportunities for automation within various business projects and initiatives. Your role will involve assessing business processes to determine automation potential and developing strategic implementation plans. Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate experience in identifying and leading opportunities for automation within business projects- Assess business processes to determine automation potential- Develop strategic implementation plans for automation- Utilize proficiency in UiPath, VB.NET, C#, or Java for custom code and integration- Use Version Control & CI/CD tools like Git or GitHub/GitLab- Collaborate with subject matter experts and business process owners to ensure the automated solution is correctQualifications Required:- Previous experience in insurance business processes is preferable- Good written skills with the ability to produce clear, detailed, and accurate documentation- Prior experience with flow diagrams is desired- Strong requirements gathering skills- Good interpersonal communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectivelyIf there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them so that they can be included in the final summary.
