Job Description

    As a Manager at EY, you will have the opportunity to apply your 9 to 11 years of experience as a business analyst in the financial industry, with a specific focus on Wealth Management. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business teams, developers, and testers, to effectively translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories using Azure DevOps.Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) to ensure clear communication of requirements to stakeholders and the development team. You will also be tasked with creating and managing Epics, Features, and Product Backlog Items (PBIs) in Azure DevOps to efficiently prioritize the product backlog.As a liaison between business and technology teams, you will play a crucial role in driving the right outcomes for the product. Additionally, you will facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution and continuous improvement.
