Job Description

Join EY to create an exceptional experience for yourself and contribute to building a better working world.Key Responsibilities:- Be the office connect Point of Contact (POC) and trusted advisor for support vendors, infosec, legal, and security teams.- Drive architectural design for LAN and Wi-Fi technologies, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.- Provide Level 4 escalation support for data network services across the global Ernst & Young environment.- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues, serving as the final escalation point for network-related problems.- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and standards for network configurations and practices.- Stay ahead of technological advancements in networking to recommend and integrate cutting-edge solutions.- Manage BAU projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.- Regularly perform bug scrubs on software for all LAN/WLAN devices to ensure stability and performance.Qualifications Required:- 12 years of experience in Network Design or Architect teams, focusing on customer experience.- Bachelors degree in computer science/engineering or related discipline, plus industry accreditation or equivalent work experience.- Advanced skills in planning, designing, and troubleshooting complex network environments.- Strong interpersonal and team working skills across matrixed client, supplier, and geographically dispersed virtual teams.- Excellent understanding of Office Connect product portfolio and ability to facilitate growth and adoption across regions.- Industry accreditation like CCNA R&S, CCNP R&S, CCNA Wireless, CCNP, Meraki Wireless certifications or equivalent knowledge.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Additional Company Details:EY exists to build a better working world, creating long-term value for clients, people, and society.
