Job Description

    As a Claims Manager in the insurance domain in Udaipur, your role will involve managing end-to-end claims processes for both General Insurance and Life Insurance. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient, fair, and timely settlement of claims in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team will be essential for delivering exceptional customer service while minimizing fraud and operational risks.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end claims processes for General Insurance and Life Insurance.- Ensure efficient, fair, and timely settlement of claims in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.- Utilize in-depth knowledge of claims processes, IRDAI regulations, and underwriting principles.- Conduct claims assessment, investigation, and negotiation effectively.- Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.- Lead a team to handle high volumes of claims while maintaining accuracy and quality.- Utilize proficiency in MS Office and insurance claims management systems for efficient claim processing.Qualification Required:- Graduate/Postgraduate in Insurance, Finance, Commerce, or Management.- Proven track record in claims settlement, fraud control, and process optimization.- Experience in team management and handling high-value claims will be an advantage.The company operates in the Financial Services / Banking, Investments / Insurance / Stock Market / Loan industry. Your performance will be measured based on key performance indicators such as average claim settlement turnaround time (TAT), customer satisfaction score (CSAT), accuracy and compliance rate in claims processing, and reduction in claim leakage and fraudulent claims.Please note that the salary range for this position is between 2 Lac 50 Thousand to 3 Lac 50 Thousand P.A. and the required educational qualifications include B.B.A and B.Com. Good communication skills are essential for this role.
